Walmart is one of the largest employers in the U.S. To manage its workforce, the company developed a series of digital tools, including freight planning systems, calendars, and warehouse and store performance trackers.

As a UX/UI designer, I provided support for these tools and added new features based on user needs and business guidelines. I regularly tested with actual users and conducted interviews to gather valuable insights, helping improve workforce efficiency in the field.
